the only reason super 17 is stornger is because the 17 they made in hell was alot stronger then the original if they made a 17 that was equal with the original cell would take the victory.

Cell can’t use IT against Super 17 for the same reason that Goku could not, Super 17 was able to feel the vibrations of the molecules in the air, remember?!?!? So one move he can’t use. Second Cell might be able to form a spirit bomb, but I really doubt that enough people or beings are going to be willing to share their energy with cell in order to make a bomb large enough to beat 17. Super 17s shock ball would most likely destroy cell completely. Cell does not become stronger everytime he regenerates, he lost a lot of power, goku stated after goku shot him point blank with his Kamehameha. Super 17 will destroy cell in short time.

That would be cool if they did a Hell version of Super Perfect Cell and merged the two, that would be somebody I wouldn’t want to mess with.

cell wins. Cyborg#18 could trick him with ki bolts. cell isnt so foolish. When they would have the same power cell would win for sure.

It was stated that 17 allowed 18 to keep firing Ki at him, because subconsiously he was letting them win. If 17 was motivated to kill cell, which I am sure out of revenge he would be, there would not be enough time for cell to figure out his weakness. Super 17 his atleast 60 times stronger than super perfect Cell. This would not be a competition it would be a massacre.

the two 17 probably had the strength of a ssj1
and two ssj1 would have vegitos strength and dont say vegito had the strength of ssj3 goku and ssj2 vegeta fused it is absouletly wrong super 17 has the strength of SUPER vegito do you agree and how is cell going to absorb super 17 i know cell wouldnt use any energy attacks because he knows 17 when cell fought ssj2 gohan his smarts couldnt do anything to help him out and super 17 is leagues ahead of ssj2 i gave you my proof give me yours k

Goku first used the Dragon Fist onto King Piccolo, or don’t you remember that? If it was not the Dragon Fist, twas very similar to it.

All i know is 17 was a bitch compared with 1st Form Cell so just adding another 17 wouldent make that much of a differance lol, but then again most the Z Fighter’s were pathetic in GT so make’s sence to me
