SSJ4 Goku had a tough time him, and Cell isn’t as strong as a SSJ2.

SPC Cell is on par with SSJ2 Gohan. He nearly killed Gohan if it wasn’t for Goku and Vegeta helping him.

Yes, he was pwning Perfect Cell. Then Cell tried to kill himself along with destroying the earth, and after he survived, his power increased, which made him Super Perfect Cell. And he was kicking Gohan’s ass, till Goku and Vegeta helped him out in the end. | |

WRONG Super Perfect Cell could have easily tore Gohan apart. He was only at fucking half power.

No, he should have won. After coming back from near death, his power increased, becoming “Ultimate Perfection”, stated by Cell. He should have defeated Gohan, but by some help from Vegeta, and Goku, he managed to win, and thus, Gohan won by PIS. | |

Yet a SIMPLE blast intended for VEGETA is what brought Gohan down to that state. Think about that for a seconf. Cell’s SIMPLE blast intended for someone far weaker than Gohan took him down to half strength. The fact is that was PIS.
