1. cell is weak compared to 17
2. the barrier is composed of ki. and cells super perfect form super solar kamehameha is still weaker compared to gohans power. so, cell CANT generate enough power to strengthen his barrier.
and 17 barrier protected him from a ssj4 explosion. what more do you want? that right there says it all. 17 barrier is that strong.
now, answer my question.

I never said that it was strong, that it will protect him. And you are right, it is not as powerful. Cell has his limits, as does Super 17

yes 17 has his limits. BUT his limits exceeds a direct kaehameha x10 attck. while cells limit, well, hes weaker than a ssj2. nuff' said | |
