UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 19 Joined: 26 Aug 2005 Posts: 4,540 OFFLINE | Avatar seemed a bit cheesy to me, and definitely pales in comparison to anime like Ghost in the Shell. But nevertheless, I liked it. A pretty well made show that seems to follow anime conventions in terms of visual style, but I’m not going to get into the big debate about what really defines anime.
I’m not sure what Teen Titans was supposed to be, but it is kinda iffy. There wasn’t any real story to it, even though there was a plot (for most of it), which, in the end, pits it on a level lower than that of Naruto or Bleach narrative, and that’s pretty bad (I like Bleach mind you).
