Yes... but Samus can’t beat him. It took Zeau + the Cyclopes + the Hundred-Handed Ones to beat down the titans.
The screw attack destroys anything that comes in contact with it. Samus is a broken character because of that.
She still can’t go through walls. It’s powerful, but not... all-powerful. >.>
That’s probably just a game mechanic. If it deconstructs matter.. It can go through anything.

Hahaha... Samus is nowhere near the level of Titans... Hell... Even Shura with Dunamis Power Of The Gods cant withstand with Kronos... It took more than Dunamis to send him to Tartarus and I doubt someone like Thanatos who able to manipulate matter, attacks through dimensions and universes and able to kill gods by just seeing him cant win againts Kronos...
Samus is nowhere near the level of Thanatos... ---
