Though the same can’t really be said for the population, and their reaction may not be as welcome. ---

I think if they arrive in big-assed orbital ships, which may be a likely mode of transportation, the government would think twice of it, since we don’t know if they would be malevolent or not. (don’t want to test it the hard way, do we?)

If interplanetary travel isn’t beyond their scope of understanding, I doubt they’ll have THAT hard a time with countries.
