No, the Death Star won’t be enough, you ignorant SW fanboy. The God Emperor flicks his finger and blows up the Death Star with a galaxy busting psychic blast.
No, the God Emperor uses what left of his mind and power to guide his fleets throught the warp and keep the forces of chaos at bay.
Remember the Emperor is no longer this....
But this...
Besides if he could anhilate a planetoid buy himself the siege of Tera during the Horus Heresy would have been over before it began.
Know whos the fanboy? | |

No more chaos for GEOM to hold back. Which means he’s free to mindrape the entire Empire.

Eh woops well I suppose I somewhat stand corrected. He still needs to progect the astronimicon through the warp, and I’m doubtful he can mind trap the quintillions of people in the Galactic Empire. Seriousley the Empire probably spends more on breakfast for Stormtrooper dailey then it would for the Death Star.

Also, each individual Space Marine can solo a squad of stormtroopers, as stormtrooper can’t shoot for beans.
And the IOM has multiple ways to render a planet lifeless. They font need a giant ball that can be shot down.

That is absolutely correct, E-11 blasters (the standard issue side arm of Imperial Stormtroopers) wouldn’t do jack to scratch Space Marine armour.
Just look at the battle of Endor, Lea took a round from an E-11 to the shoulder and she didn’t evan realy need medical attention.
A Space Marine Bolter (standard issue adeptus astartes side arm) would have blown her in half. Bolters fire rocket propelled armor-piercing high explosive rounds.
And thats the standard bolter a Heavy Bolter is like a rocket launcher crossed with a heavy machine gun.
Bolets arn’t like Blaster Bolts, you can deflect a Blaster round with a lightsaber, Try that with a Bolter round and it’ll spray you with molten bits.

300 Grey Knights is enough to depopulate a planet.
There are 3000 Grey Knights, including 300 Brother Captains and a Grandmaster. The Grandmaster himself can easily do what 300 Grey Knights can.
Also, ALL IOM ships come equip with gellar fields, which are designed to stop mindrape/telepathic attacks.
There is no way for the Empire to win.

Sith...??? Yoda...???
Quality>>>>Quantity.
A single Grey Knight would slaughter the Jedi by the dozens. Nemesis Force Weapons>>>>Lightsabers.
Nihilus is also dead. Yoda is not part of the Empire.

Choking? Grey Knights laugh off mindraping powers. Also, Gellar fields>>>any supernatural powers.

And I’ll tell you right now that you’re an ignorant star wars fanboy. Go pollute another thread.
Haha... Force could manipulate mind too... forget that...???
Again. Gellar fileds>>>>>>>supernatural powers
Also, Psykers>>>>The Force. Tell me when either Vader or Palpatine can flay a man down to the bones just by looking at them. Then they might be able to challenge a novice Grey Knight.

punishingwrath Guest | Do any of you know what a single Astartes Chapter is capable of doing? One thousand Space Marines can utterly destroy any force that stands in its way. Even if they weren’t there for the fight, a couple million guardsmen would be (they number in the hundreds of billions). The Inquisition has psykers at its command capable of taking on the mightiest greater daemons single-handedly. Inquisitor Eisenhorn isn’t even a strong psyker and he made a daemon prince capable of cracking titans in half his personal slave. The Imperium is the biggest organized power in the galaxy for a reason.
Then you have Emperor vs. Emperor. The God-Emperor of mankind is capable of destroying anything he wants with a thought. With Palps, you have an old guy as healthy as a thirty year old shooting lightning out of one hand and holding a light saber in the other. With the God-Emperor, you have a god holding a flaming force sword in one hand, a giant power fist in the other, wearing a suit of nigh impenetrable armour, and capable of disintegrating you with a glance, putting you back together with another glance, and disintegrating you again.

Ya... Dude theres more than 1 grandmaster for the Grey Knights
Also its the Galatic Empire not the whole star wars era vs the Imperium of man if it was SW vs WH40k, WH would win for the larger amount of power.
The Emperor doesnt have to protect his men in the warp if the Imperium has no enemy, meaning Chaos has been depleted.

SteveEvets Guest | Well. That’s all well and good. But they’d both lose to the Orks. Dey’s da biggest and da best dere is. rememba - green is best. [also red makes it go faster.]
And the orks outside of the milky way galaxy are the size of small titans and up. ..so yeah.
But since Orks weren’t a choice, Imperium of Man wins easy.
And you all keep talking about space marines. Pfft. SISTERS OF BATTLE. PSYCHOTIC BANSHEES WITH FLAME THROWERS? Much scarier than a stuffy marine marching at you in BRIGHT BLUE SMURF ARMOR with a >[ face.
[also melta guns would be an unpleasant and extremely demoralizing way to die.]
