Yeah, but aren’t sisters a little psyker-phobic? So when faced with say a force user, they’re gonna have some problems. I’d say and Inquisitor with a Daemonhost will own any Jedi or Sith. After all the Daemonhost in Eisenhorn was capable of blowing a Titan to smithereens, and that was like on it’s lowest level of power.

Sisters are “psyker-phobic” in that they hate them. Like you know, everything else that breathes and doesn’t exhale “in the emperor’s name”.
They actually have a few gadgets designed specifically for psyker killing if I recall correctly. ...And then they’d probably burn the bodies. Twice. Just in case.
Plus, they’re pretty zealous.. I’m not sure a force user would slow them down.
...although someone just mentioned Grey Knight terminators, and I must concede that they are as awesome as it gets without bringing the emperor, orks, or chaos into it.
What do you think would happen if wither side still HAD their enemies. I think it would be a very interesting slaughter fest. Question is, who’s slaughtering who?
You generally do not want to include the enemies of the Imperium, who will mostly invade the other galaxy if they can for various reasons.

planet raping demons from hell on a SW world is not a good thing. In the long run Chaos will be slaughtering everyone once the lack of ground challenge in the SW universe becomes apparent.
And they can destroy all the demon infested planets they like, those things will just return to the warp and strike again.

So the god emperor gets his ridiculously overpowered custodians, his 20 sons and his legions of super human space marines and other equally insane stuff regardless of era to be fair lets include an alliance of chaos and imperium as a whole and remove all evil chaos gods and demons from the picture completely. Leaving the warp completely untainted by chaos and the various Imperium militaries at full strength
while on the star wars side they get people like vader, thrawn,luke and Nihlius fighting side by side and somehow including the star forge in space and whatever else they are willing to include

the IOM have millions of worlds, the galactic empire a few thousand at best,an average satr destroyer is around 7km in length ( I stand to be corrected), there are super star destroyers, but the empire has very few of those, the IOM’s space marine chapters each have at least 3 battles barges and several strike cruisers (the average sized ships in they’re fleets) are the size of star destroyers, also the IN’s battleships are like 24-27 km long and have supperior weaponry, fighters and shielding.

And unto the jedi and the sith, lets get out fact straight here, there are no more jedi by the establishment of the empire, if there are (yoda, ben kenobi but he’s dead) aren’t part of the empire, the two sith lords they have could be killed by the average psyker from the IOM.
On the ground battle, the IOM has got numbers, quality of weapons and the astartes more causally known as space marines. The empire enlists normal men for ground troops, the few remaining “elite” troops the storm troopers are becoming in short supply (the cloning chambers we’re lost and the few found by Thrawn were destroyed after luke killed C’Boath). A storm trooper gets destroyed by astartes seeing as how they arent enhanced physically, they are jsut based on the template of a bounty hunter, the space marines OUTSIDE of their armour are bullet proof, due to one of the gene sede implants in them. Also cause of the accelerated growth of storm troopers, they age twice as quick, and drop out of active combat service quickly because of their old age, whereas teh astartes, live well over 1000 years, and as far as anyone can tell, only die in combat and not from old age. AND if by some weird chance a storm trooper wounds an astartes mortally (which is hard to due) the astartes can go into a coma (gene seed implant) and survive the worst of wouds by stopping their metabolism. The empie got AT AT’s but there arent alot of those, and they would get owned by psykers and titans(even small titans).
And finally about the death star, it’d be destroyed piece meal, it has comparitively weak shielding, while I do not deny in a battle it’d kill a few IOM ships, the IOM would win easy, and the loss of a planet for the IOM is like the loss of a minor city for the galactic empire.
so lets just say sure the galactic empire is great and all, but they got nothing on the IOM in anyays shape or form

Even better, a battle titan could pulp the entire army. The GEOM could destroy the empire with his mind, make it so it never existed. Imperium Navy owns Star Destroyers, commences massive orbital bombardment. unless the emperor can withstand a shell the size of a large house hitting him from orbit, he’s screwed.
Dear god what is wrong with you people. These are two fictional universes of which we have not actual samples of their technology. Its impossible to do any objective testing of any of this shit.
You can’t determine if the warp is stronger then the force or anything like that because the two can’t be compared directly as they don’t exist within the same cannons.
Star wars is doubtlessly full of inconsistencies. I highly doubt encapsulated plasma would really result in a minor injury.
Here’s my catch all answer to this question. It would be a tie or a vaguely arguable victory for one side or the other. Wanna know why? because if these two universes were ever put together in a story, thats how the writers would write it in order to satisfy the respective fans. They’d make up whatever excuses they need for inconsistencies. Thats how fiction works. Don’t believe me? Look into Marvel vs DC
