Even with PL they think Master Roshi could own Super Buu since Super Buu have never shown power to destroy the moon... or Cell only create MINI CRATER... By watching they comment like this I started to assume that they think Roshi is stronger than Cell... My question is if Roshi is so powerfull why he got beaten up by little Goku... ---
