I think that coz the fiber optic in your country doing fine...
or maybe the ISP contain no viruses so you get highspeed internet... ---

it will took a long time for me to download it... if I want to download it then I must go to net shop with speed about 1 GB/s... it quite fast... but took a lot of money about 1/2$ per hour...

In my country once the certification of delphi but I have no money so I cant join it but after that day (2003) until now the same certification never happen again... I really want to have it but... ---
