He actually did what he was supposed to during the Depression. It isn’t the role of the federal government to provide for the general welfare, just promote. Thanks to that stupid jackass FDR, we have all these worthless money sucking social programs that are failing and don’t work.
And to the unpopular belief, FDR’s New Deal didn’t do shit. WE got out of the Depression because of WWII. The New Deal was a complete failure. People only give him credit cause he tried. I give him kudos to that but he left us with a bunch of worthless social programs.

That is true, but Hoover was the one who people blames when the stock market crashed. He did not even try to help the people of the United States.

Hoover didn’t cause the Depression. The shitty Federal Reserve System, careless investors, and bankers who had huge influence caused the Depression. Hoover just had the unlucky term of having it happen during.
And he wasn’t supposed to help the people. He’s supposed to promote things to help the general welfare. Only thing he could have done to help is aide the Federal Reserve System in ending it, which they could have done, but failed miserably and only fueled it. Hoover did what he was supposed to, but it was the FRS that didn’t do what they were supposed to, and FDR who made it worse.

But what I love is how a lot of younger voters jump on the bandwagon of Obama’s Change slogan. Man those stupid kids don’t even know what change he’s talking about. And if they did they wouldn’t even support it. Look into what he’s really saying and you’ll see what real change your getting it.
As Lil Bush said on Comedy Central,
“Man all ya hear about is Obama talking about Change. The last thing we need is a black man in the white house asking people for change”
Sorry that’s just funny haha.

Sweetie get a hold on reality ..
from Moses to the crusades and the 'troubles' of Britain .. RELIGION is the way most of the world’s tribes associate themselves with .. RELIGION WILL ALWAYS PLAY A MAJOR ROLE IN EVERYTHING YOU DO....
Well .. my blood just boiled seeing Cheney answer “SO?" when he was questioned about the iraq war ..
4000 american lives, almost $250 bn , the world economy in ruins, 150,000+ Iraqi lives lost, a million refugees in and out the country .. Oil touching $110 a barrel ..
and this dickless piece of shit got the balls to ask “So?"
