Well, no, Bowser still got whooped by Mario. Mario was a pretty tough guy, able to survive flame breath and toss Bowser like a ragdoll. And despite that Mario would lose to Ganondorf, Ganon loses to Giga Bowser.

i believe Ganon would use his dark magic and beat bowser, as Normal Ganondorf, but bowser will have to string out something tougher in this fight other than jump up and down and shoot fire balls at you (super Mario NES) he will go for stomping or smash falling on you, so gannon will go Evil Wizard Agahnim and chuck bolts of dark energy at bowser and teleport. So bowser then will go Giga mode on Agahnim, so Agahnim will transform to his Beast Form and beat the crap outta giga, or try to, but giga bowser will beat him down, so Ganon will Turn Into Pig form from “A Link To The Past” and throw tridents at giga, and turn invisible, and shoot fire bats at giga, giga will merly survive, and Ganon will turn to Ganondorf once more, and will set the castle arena on fire, and the castle will blow up, and ganons evil magic, shielding giga and himself, will teleport them on ganondorfs tower arena, their he will make the ground around him collapse, and burn out the lights, bowser will have to fight in the dark using his own fire, but giga, sadly will lose, ganon will use his dark blast, and hit giga, and giga will fall of the edge of the tower. thats how that battle will end. Ganondorf just has better strategies...

Bowser can’t beat Ganon without the master sword.
nevermind, we can’t say who wins because even Jigglypuff can beat them both at the same time in SSBB

Well, your opinion does count, so forget what I said, but Ganondorf defeats Bowser in a heartbeat, while Giga Bowser defeats Ganon.

Not in TP. He was damaged by Wolf Link, who cannot wield the Master Sword.

Of course he was, it was his weak spot. Why wouldn’t he go for it? And you don’t have to be the wolf to damage him, you can be Link. The sword deals the most damage.

Yes, but if WL can hurt him, then Giga Bowser most certainly can.
