well brawl-

Pig Ganon FS Vs Giga Bowser FS: Pig Ganon is pretty much a 1 hit KO, if it hits Giga Bowser he is dead.

Giga Bowser vs Ganon: Giga Bowser would win seeing as smashes dont hut him as much, even if ganon pulls a warlock punch successfully, it wont do as much damage.



Actual-

Giga Bowser vs Ganon: (as said in ALTTP) Ganon can only be defeated by someone with blood of The Knights Of Hyrule coursing through them. seeing as Link is the only person left with that blood coursing through his veins, he is the only person that can defeat Ganon, so there is nothing Giga Bowser can do to stop him.
