I’m not trying to sound like they are weak but Prime took on DC earth,the Sinestro Corps,and the GL Corps without any problem.

Universal Genkidama. Superman prime has evil, his soul is not pure and he will be affected, is posible he could have survive the explosion of a Universe(talk about writing overpower characters) but the living Ki of the Universe is a diferent kind of power, that and also I am asuming that the villians like Buu, Cell, Freeza, etc.are also giving their energy
as long that Dende Shen long and the Namekians Dragon exist, any damage can be restored and any dead cause by Superman prime could be restore.
But I Superman attack DBZ Universe by Surprise, he will win.
The devil man technique will make Superman heart explote, if he hit him.

the universal spirit bom bisnt stron genough, it is much weaker than the blast that destroys an entire universe (when it exploded it created a large light but it didnt wipe out anything, but we dont know how far away goku got it from the earth)
an army of gren lanterns couldnt stop him (While he was weakened) I’m not sure a spirit bomb could either
