Understand that Genkidama is more spiritual than phisical attack, and much the ki of all normal livings beings in the DB universe is more than 20 green lanterns, and if you add the afterlife beings ki and the villians and heroes Ki like Buu, Cell, Freeza, Darbura, and non canon Brolly, Janemba, Hirudegarn, Bojack, Cooler, etc.
The spirit Bomb is also Ki of inanimated objects, like Planets, the Sun:

it could work. but after a few minutes. and thats more than enough time for prime to kill everyone.
GT is allowed right? what if every warrior weak or powerful will distract prime then puar or dende will summon the black star dragon, and wish prime to be a baby again( or a fetus)LOL

mr mxy doesnt use spiritual energy, and they dont call spiritual energy in the dc universe magic...or in the dbz universe, in fact magic has very different affects in dbz the only character ever use magic were buu and that other toad guy (bidi or something like that)
