Girls are looser after giving birth and the stich you up to repair the vagial tearing if you are unlucky enough to tear while giving birth. the stitches are only there to bind the wound together and seeing as the vagina is stretched during childbirth, the sutures do not tighten you up. Over time, the vagina will shrink back to close to its relative tightness but not completely the way it was. How loose you are depends on the babies head size and the length of time yo are in labor.
Personally after 5 months of healing, there is no real differance in the vaginal feel during sex from a males perspective and a little desensetiviy from the females point of view. Also be warned that it may be uncomfortable to have sex for up to 4 months after birth.
There are toneing creams that you can apply to the vagina to help shrink the muscles back into firmness and if you are interested PM me and I will forward you the name of the cream.

they have a baby? like how tight do they stitch you back up exactly?
Matters what doctor you have.
In most cases no they dont “stitch you back up” and you will have some loose skin. I believe nowadays its “if it is your last child” you are planning to “birth” then the stitching is an attractive option (Not needed though..unless tear/cuts appear). The stitching isnt needed in the most common case as your body heals itself. But If you have a larger baby then more damage will be done to the vagina and your texturity of your skin will be worsely stretched.
Good luck.

Actually, there’s about an 80% chance of your vagina tearing. Its called an eppisiotomy(spelling) and they are terrible.
Tiit matters the size of the women/race/age and the size of the baby.
Skinnier girls are almost at a 100% chance of tearing due to having smaller vaginas. Bigger girls (I.E heavier set) are more likely to not tear (though with a bigger baby .. ya never know).
Iunno where you got the 80% from..? =/

I think it more matters omn the size of the vagina.
A girl could be 300 pounds, but if she has the vagina of a twelve year old, that shit is tearing, and bleeding, and getting stitched.
well i will tell you what i think on this matter,,i have had 3 kids and have not noticed any difference in the looseness department oh and i did tear and mah baby s where not heavy at all,,they where 7lbs 7 for the first 6lbs for the second and 7 lbs 8 the third,,so it depends on you,,it has nothing to do with a fat girl or not its your vagina that will matter not the size of your body,,,
and some girls experience real big labor pains some don’t,,all i can suggest is do not get provoked that hurts more unless the baby is in danger just let you water break by itself,,,
with that i hope i have helped you,,and take this time wile you are pregnant to rest as much as you can you will need it after the birth,,with that ill wish you a great pregnancy and i healthy baby
