There are many forms of magic. The Black magic that you see in FF is not real, however Chakra is. Chakra is what the Shinobi in Naruto use, and that is real. You need to define MAGIC.

There are countries were people get paid to damage someone with a photo, that they use wizards to conquer the love of someone, and predict the future,etc

I think is call black magic when people use to cause damage.
