SPOILERS (not really spoilers that much lol just hints)
1. There’s a big space at the bottom with numbers.
2. http://www.paulschou.com/tools/xlate/
This will help with the numbers. (it’s easier than trying to look that crap up lol)
3. Click the white circle on the tank in the picture and read the password hint after you get the translation.
