I think people are taking it way too seriously. It would be impossible for a dead person to come, seeing as it is a chemical trigger that promotes ejaculation, which is only possible by the contraction of muscles. all this relies on bloodflow, which is not possible due to the heart attack. not to mention, the penis needs constant bloodflow and pressure to stay erect, which again...ain’t happening...
