So, my Uncle (Kyle) who serves in the Canadian Navy and tours on the UVSS Winnipeg, a few years ago, for some classified reason he was down in Mexico with a few of his friends,

so it was late, and they were all drunk,

then a few cops pulled up, grabbed my uncle Kyle, pulled him into the car, and drove off, his friends didn’t realize really until they were sober the next day, so they contacted the army and they began searching and questioning police officers in the area he was kidnapped, this lasted for 4 months,

4 MONTHS LATER they found my good ol uncle in a Prison in the southern part of south America, in the middle of fucking nowhere.

He endured 4 months of hell, and I never even realized it, he acts so normal when I’m around, he even shared the story to us without even reflecting, pausing or acting frightened at all, he even made jokes about it.

And it turns out the officers thought he was American, which is why they grabbed him.

Just felt like sharing

Congratulate the Canadian government for their national igloo and recently instituting the double-double while you’re at it.

(Any “Talking to Americans” fans should get the reference wink )

The Canadian Army uses polar bears, and the Navy rides on giant seals.

Nah the Navy rides Arctic belugas. Belugas look better on recruiting posters.

ROFL. I have to tell James that next time he teases me about liking Starbucks.

Although early in the morning the best language is to snarl and point.
