UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 14 Joined: 29 May 2006 Posts: 4,157 OFFLINE | Well Mario Kart wii is going to have some good features for online like, nintendo themseleves did say that there would be a whole seperate channel that details ranks, leaderborads, and even special events like tournaments, battles, etc.
Mario Kart wii may be the first online title for the wii to support what people fully want expect voice chat. SSBB is nice online but you need to be able to have a nice connection, plus if people are always trying to get on it then that pretty much explains that people like its online.
And this may sound wierd but if games like Mario Kart and Smash Bros were ment to be played socially then it does leave the Friend codes there for a reason, but still if they at least make a system for having people as just gaming buddies then that works but use the FCs for stuff like all the content and other personal stuff like pictures, VC games, etc, and that would work out real well.
