Hmm well Led Zeppelin rocks hard. Good band and one of the best ever. Probably in my top 10.
Same with Def Leppard and Pink Floyd. Never got into the Scorpions, and of course the doors are awesome.
Nice selection of bands but I do want to know Silver, what bands do you like that are recent. We all love classic rock but have to like something nowadays too right.

But if I had to choose today bands.... well
I am not big on grunge but when Nirvana was playing I did give them props and I liked Creed...I am a fan of some Pop Rock so bring on Rage Against The Machine. The Killers are aight and well for some odd reason I love the song “Helena” by My Chemical Romance and I dont even like Emo bands
Well first of all Rage Against the Machine is definetly alternative rock and same with The Killers.
It’s actually surprising that you don’t like grunge and other sub genres of alternative rock. Cause a lot of those are pretty similar to a lot of classic rock.
Now Creed is pop rock but they are close to alternative as well. I mean whenever I think pop rock I think Justin Timberlake and Beyonce ya know. Thus I’ll group some of the other bands such as All American Rejects, The Fray, Creed, ect more as lighter alternative rock seeing that they are jsut so distant in sound from modern pop rock.
Well I dont know which kind of Alternative to say but I hate.....
Green Day
All American Rejects
Good Charlet
Fall Out Boy
and
Linkin Park
All of those besides Linkin park sound too similar and I hate all of them
Oh yeah I like Metalica!!!!
Well Green Day is Punk band, All American Rejects is a of course a pop band that I’d put more as infringing upon punk under alternative, Good Charlotte is the same as AAR, Fall Out Boy is once again the pop/punk, and Linkin Park is of course punk.
It sounds to me like you just don’t like the pop/punk crossovers. Meaning you should like some of the bands I stated. Here I’ll let you listen to a few of them.
