I’d say Dante. He took on the Saviour and pretty much beat it, except that he couldn’t cut it’s outer shell. Considering how he took that on, it’s possible for him to be able to get to Kratos.
That’s if Kratos still had God powers, which aren’t that defined either. If it was the smaller not-so-god-like Kratos, it’d DEFINITELY be Dante.

Plus, the God’s seem sort of weak. Kratos could go toe-to-toe with Zeus at the end of God of War 2 and spilt blood, just with the Blades of Chaos.

And, since you’re pulling the scythe out, I’ll pull out Royal Guard, where he can block any weapon and release the power back at the opponent. He can cycle through five styles, including Dark Slayer, has Pandora and Yamato, and can Devil Trigger along with a special Royal Guard move rendering him invincible.
