He can cycle through five styles, including Dark Slayer, has Pandora and Yamato, and can Devil Trigger along with a special Royal Guard move rendering him invincible.

Also, the guns kill Devils, and Kratos is mortal. Titan power or not, Dante can sit there and fire away at will, and it will hurt Kratos much like a sword will. If a sword hurts Kratos, guns will, and he doesn’t have anywhere near as much defence against those.

He can cycle through five styles, including Dark Slayer, has Pandora and Yamato, and can Devil Trigger along with a special Royal Guard move rendering him invincible.

actually, the hell in dantes universe is just a twisted realm. not a place of of agony like kratos hell.
didnt you read what i just posted? kratos did all of that stuff when he was just a mortal. imagine what he can do if hes a god. not to mention kratos has the sword that wiped out all the titans in a matter of seconds.
The Hell in the DMC universe is based off Dante Aligheri’s work, not the other types of mythology. Regardless, getting into and out of Hell is just as hard if not harder.

God Kratos is another story, but since he only had the Blade of Olympus after he was re-mortalized, he can only really use it when he’s like that. (size restrictions after all)
Plus it doesn’t mean Dante couldn’t steal that sword from him either, just like Kratos does to Zeus.
hmmmm, youve seen the return of the mummy movie? did you see the last part where imhotep fell into hell? thats the kind of hell kratos punched his way out off. not just a building full of hallways and doors.
why do you think kratos will die after hes hit by a gun? kratos has the abilities of multiple titans and mythical weapons at his arsenal.
right, like dante can steal the sword when his being ripped apart by its power. have you even played the games?
I’ve seen the games played, but technically no. Regardless I know what the sword can do and what Kratos can specifically do with it. I also know the power that Dante has with his styles, which is horrifically insane if one is good.
Also, the guns kill Devils, and Kratos is mortal. Titan power or not, Dante can sit there and fire away at will, and it will hurt Kratos much like a sword will. If a sword hurts Kratos, guns will, and he doesn’t have anywhere near as much defence against those.
if you really do know what kratos can do, youll give kratos a little bit of credit. lets see, kratos has the golden fleece. its a shield that can deflect projectiles at the enemy. didnt know that did you?
oh, you mean like a scythe can hurt dante? dante is pretty much out classed in terms of strength too.
I know of the golden fleece, and I also know Dante’s bullets are roughly twice as fast as regular bullets. If Kratos has to pull out the fleece, then he’ll get nailed before he can.
And, since you’re pulling the scythe out, I’ll pull out Royal Guard, where he can block any weapon and release the power back at the opponent. He can cycle through five styles, including Dark Slayer, has Pandora and Yamato, and can Devil Trigger along with a special Royal Guard move rendering him invincible.
dante can cycle through his abilities when in front of the gold statue. and the fleece is always equipped.

Never played DMC4 I see. He doesn’t need to “acrobat” his way out of anything with Royal Guard. I think the move was called Dreadnaught or something, he’s totally invincible in that form. Plus, the Royal Guard blocks anything with correct timing, which is what Dante has. That includes attacks from the Blade of Olympus.
so, dante can block a tornado big enough to engulf an entire army of titans? yeah, right.
He can block things that are coming at him, though the wind isn’t going to do jack.
And, Dreadnaught armour will prolly keep him grounded, if not he can plant Rebellion in the ground and hold on. -shrugs- Or just starfall through it with Gilgamesh, either or.
so youre saying dante is stronger than the titans put together? a single titan can lift the world, and thats not even enough to survive the blade of olympus. so, dante is as strong as that?

He’s beaten the Prince of Darkness. That was before he had Royal Guard.

Strength =/= Endurance
He doesn’t need to be physically strong to be more endurable than the titans.
the titans are durable. how do you think atlas can lift the world if his not tough? fatigue would have came over him a thousand years ago if hes weak in the knees.
and this prince of darkness, can what? lift the world? battle a god? heck, kratos has been killing gods since he was a mortal.
Mundus can only be killed by one of Sparda’s blood, and even that is hard.
But, yes, he can kill a God.
And, in that case, then yes, Dante is more durable with Royal Guard.
ok, so mundus can be killed by saprdas blood, so does that mean, lex luthor is more powerful than superman because lex has kryptonite?
dante has the blood of his father, thats the only reason why he defeated mundus. doesnt mean he can defeat other gods.
