Hay Raza why isn’t there a switch in PCSX2 so i can run the BIOS only without opening a game!

I heard you can get an emu 4 PS2 for free in one file (.rar) from www.tubgirl.com its about 5.5mb

just start emu and go to the configer then choose null plugin for c/dvd and click on the run u can see the bios and system config lol

and who can work with emu pcsx with normal speed ???
