Chaos Vincent(when tapping into the power of all the Stagnant Lifestream in the planet) was equal to Omega.

Chaos' purpose was to kill all life on the planet, while Omega’s purpose was to absorb all the Lifestream in it, and travel the universe.

srry i vote vincent nothing personal but you forgot to acount not only is chaos a god that is said to kill everything on the plannet for omega to transfer to another one but when vincent got impailed he regend instantainously acourding to yuffie not only but he is moving faster than the rays of light shown in the fight against weiss then there the death penalty that gun is just to focus his powers he made the beams himself they only made it have bullets to add to the chalange of the final battle if you notice vincent infused with the genova sells are what made him live for ever and made his body nearly indestructable so he could harbor chaos and if you notice in chaos form he has so much power it is litterly tarring up his body look at his cheek
