he stated himself he had already took to mutch damage to suvive in space this is a matter of frizza already being to damaged to survive in space from the blast of the planet and the crap beat out of him by goku. But the point is he still survived all this while being cut in half and a final blast from goku that made it seem to insinerate frizza

Also Burtter was the fastest in the force but others on the team had a higher powerlevel than him. Powerlevels should not be used. All Evil Buu was the only chacter to react to buu’s candy turning discharge bolt and Vegetto was stronger but he could not react to that.Also Piccolo Junior, who is far stronger than Roshi at full power could only bust an island.

in the manga. thats the only edge #17 got on piccolo when they fought on an island. piccolo was getting tired and 17 has unlimited energy.
He had better stamina than piccole.
