Actually they do, or at least 18 does. In the future she is shown destroying a city with rapid fire ki balst and present 18 splits Goten and Trunks costume apart with a Destructo-Disk like attack. They just don’t use Ki blast as often as the other Z fighters. | |

That’s pretty common knowledge, Trunks mentions it after everyone thought that 19 and 20 were the Androids that Trunks was talking about. I don’t know where to get DBZ scans but it was stated in volume 13, page 155.
