That is a complicated question, because according to the history that is behing the mech itself - there is likely no match for it that can be contimplated. This is due to the very face is the direct offspring of the three Goddesses that created the Tenchi Muyo Universe.
The Tenchi Universe takes place on several planes of existance, and the Mecha is technically a being of a higher plane, merely materialized by the face that Tsunami’s own bud, or seed as it were, is it’s powersource. This small item is limitless in power, and perhaps the first of its kind upon the aftermatch of the previous civilization of war based organic technology that can only be summed up as the brain child of all three goddesses combined.
The mecha itself was indeed constructed by the prehistoric race that predates Jurai and anything else in the Tenchi Universe. But it is the only surviving fragment, or known fragment, after the events that take place in Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure. The mothership that was the last remaining, fully functional factory of the technology was masive and in scale (rivaling that of Unicron), but Zinv generated a mico-black hole which consumed the hulking mass and all that it created. Leaving only Zinv as the final artifact, which was self destructed in order to save the universe.
But even upon self destruction, Zinv regenerated itself, though the details of this regeneration of rather unknown. Whether it was healing from the nano machines, or just the solumn wish of the created that the mech ultimately not be destroyed when the two worlds merged is unclear - but Zinv did indeed ultimately survive a critical implosion.
The idol as it were that appears in Tenchi Muyo GXP is not merely a look-alike of Zinv, but oddly enough it is infact Zinv. Since Zinv ultimately wields power that is nothing short of God-Like, the basic laws of physics do not apply. Creating black holes with focused affects that do not even consume Zinv, whom is holding the black hole between both hands - is just one of many examples.
Zinv doesn’t have any weapons that are visible on the body spare sharp claws. Other than that, all “nasty toys” that it uses are results of its deformation of gravity itself. Using sheer force as weapons for both long range and short. It can crush entire battle ships and space stations without touching them, merely surrounding the vessel in a gravity bubble and compressing it to atomic nothingness.
Such a power is assumably in direct relation to the third sister Goddess Tokimi whom is a goddess of chaos and war. Such tools have been used in her personal choatic universe, and along with other odd weapons such as turning enemy ships into stone. Even the acts of war created Light-Hawk wings, so it’s obvious such are not completely exclusive to Jurain ship.
In Tenchi GXP, Zinv got a massive upgrade when combined with Washu’s, the third Goddess sister, latest ship Fuku, whom potentially tripled the power output, perhaps finally completing Zinv’s ultimate form as all three goddesses come together. The Light-Hawk wings that were generated become more of a symbol of this unity, and were indeed countless in the complexity.
Though Tenchi, whom was not staring in the series and has no relation to Zinv what-so-ever, weild the potential power of a god greater than even the three goddesses - Zinv looks to be something of an equal, or if not just slightly lesser. Though Zinv is a mecha, and the pilots within it bare no real special abilties themselves - making Zinv merely a 'tool'.
Because of this fact, Zinv will never be fully limitless in power, but compared to everything else in the universe - there is ideally no match. Like Z and Tenchi, likely in it’s ultimate form, it can destroy a planet merely with the thought of a pilot. And ranther instantly, no flashy beams, lessers, gravity bubbles, or anything. The planet would merely just ... pop ... and be gone.
Sounds crazy? Well that’s the Tenchi Muyo! Universe for you... They make it work because they give such demonstrations of power so little air time, they mainly focus on the comedy portions of the series and very little on the over arching story lines.
Zinv can command time and space completely, that’s pretty much the sum of those numbers.

Oh you underestimate the Chaos Bringer and his rival the Herald of Light. Unicron or Primus would wipe the floor with this mech.
Both Unicron and Primus are multiversal singularities, while Unicron is limited to traveling between realties, Primus exsist in all simotanously.
Unicron is a universe buster and has lived since before the start of time. Infact he completely destroyed the first miltiverse eating even the stuff space is made of leaving him alone in the void. His only weakness the Autobot Matrix of Leadership can’t even destroy him, it just delays him.
