Governments have been taking money of ppl for eons man. When they get to greedy ppl well just sell on the black market then the government well change there legation again to suite the times and most importantly to suite themselves and line there own pockets to as much as they can.

When enough ppl stand up and say NO it well be stopped. But only cos the government in question wants in at the next election again.
