Sun Webs right Ragnar,you forgot the most important thing in that parameter-Batman’s intellegence! I agree with Mr.White saying Batman’s gadgets make 60 percent of his victories
and 40 percent is made of his intellegence.Heck I
think these 2 go hand in hand,50% gadgets and 50%
brains determine Batman’s victory.Batman has taken out many guys who are stronger than or let me rather say more “powerfull” than him.He took out Superman on many occassions,the Incredible Hulk and Spiderman-if Batman can take out those guys he can take out Captian America (because he is after all less stronger than they are”.
I noticed that you keep putting Spiderman as one of the heroes who has been defeated by Batman.When did this happen? I think there might have been at least two crossovers between Batman and Spiderman or I could be mistaken? But with the comics I read featuring both heroes,
they have never fought each other-they actually teamed up.
I think the two comic titles were titled:
Spider-Man & Batman
They both take on Ra’s al Ghul and the Kingpin
Spider-Man & Batman
In their second team up,they took on Carnage and the Joker
So these are the only comics that I’ve read being together and they never fought each other,which is why ask again which comic are you refering to where these two actually fight each other? I’d love to see it

Batman did defeat Spiderman and the comic wasn’t a crossover,it was a DC/Marvel team up.Spidey fought Batman in an alley and managed to punch the lights out of Bats,defeating him.
Batman went to his batcave and he was doing research on Spidey like he does to everyone and found Spidey was one of the good guys.
They then had a short rematch and Batman managed to trigger Spidey’s spider sense (but I can’t remember how).I think he used the same technique he used against Cap,but he used this time some kind of gas which worn out Spidey and Batman managed to land a batarang on his skull.
Spidey found himself in Batman’s cave and the 2 had a long talk,then they decided to team up with
each other against the Joker and Hobgoblin.The additional enemies were Kingpin and Thorn.
I also think the comic title was DC & Marvel presents Batman versus Spider-Man.The image of that comic is in this thread somewhere,I think it’s in Superman vs Batman vs Spiderman

Spidey didn’t want to beat Cap and U know it. Bat wins verse Captain and Cap have only one chance if Bat will be without his stuff. And we sattle that it would be unfair so Bat wins.

Batman is at the peak of physical human condition, and a master of every known martial art. He could hide from spider-man if spider-man didn’t have spider-sense. and if tony stark can find a way too beat spider-mans sense, so could batman.
SO, My vote goes too batman, simply because batman has the resources and ability too confound cap. assuming they’re fighting in gotham.
If they were in the desert or something, bat’s head would be taken off by the shield before he knew it.

said “Yo Cap what you put those gloves-bombs?!!".
Now you can’t say Spiderman held back here and remember Captian America’s “human strength” is boosted and he can now lift 3 tons (like shown when he was lifting a tree).If he can KO Spiderman then he can KO Batman,I doubt Batman can survive a 3 ton or rather a ton punch to the gut or face.

his distance and use his gadgets because that’s how he is going to win.Captian America could support 800 pounds (and that is nowhere near to a
3 tons or rather a ton) but since you say Marvel has boosted his strength then I believe you.But like I said,Batman has the gadgets to beat Cap and speaking of gadgets:

Batman is normal human. Captain America is a superhuman at human body peak. Yes. Batman is a martial artist all that, but it isn’t like Captain America lacks skill in combat. He has dealt with guns in battlefield throughout his life before Batman was even born. If it is Batman with prep time, then I think he may win.
But in direct hand to hand combat, Batman loses much of his potency. His great weapons are stealth and prep time. Without them, he can’t win in this match.
