first time round Batman lost to Spidey.Remember, Batman had a rematch with Spiderman and he won this time,not using his martial arts but his gadgets which took out Spiderman.
He could do the same thing with Captian America and like I said before,Cap isn’t going to be that
much of a threat against Batman.And lets look at the gadgets issue these two have
Batman
Batarangs,smoke capsules,deep jump lines,grapnels
,a short term rebreather,forensic tools,gas capsules (the one he used to take down Spiderman)
,stun grenades,flash capsules and as well a one time voltage electric shock device.
Captian America
Shield
As you can see for yourself,Batman has tons of gadgets to take down Captian America.If one of his gadgets can take down the likes of Spiderman and Hulk,then his gadgets can take down Captian America.
I know I know,Captian America is outclassed in terms of weapons but don’t take it lightly though
just because he has a sheild-that sheild could potray serious damage if it did connect with Batman in anyway how.Okay you say Spidey held back in the Civil War,my mistake was where I said
Captian America defeated Spiderman.The match ended in a draw but with Cap laying 3 hits on Spidey while Spidey landed one.Right that was in Civil War.
In Amazing Spiderman #14,these 2 had a rematch and the main villian in that comic was Electro.
There was a misunderstanding between the two like
Civil War but Spiderman this time was the one who
wanted answers (since he thought Captian America was working hand in hand with Electro).The fight broke out with Spiderman saying “Cap I want answers and I want them now!!".Spidey tried to punch Cap TWICE and his punches were blocked by Cap’s sheild.After that Cap delivered a thunderous KO punch to Spiderman sending Spidey slaming into a brick wall.Half unconsious with stars circaling around his head (yes litterly) he
said “Yo Cap what you put those gloves-bombs?!!".
Now you can’t say Spiderman held back here and remember Captian America’s “human strength” is boosted and he can now lift 3 tons (like shown when he was lifting a tree).If he can KO Spiderman then he can KO Batman,I doubt Batman can survive a 3 ton or rather a ton punch to the gut or face.
Which is why I say Batman’s smart move is to keep
his distance and use his gadgets because that’s how he is going to win.Captian America could support 800 pounds (and that is nowhere near to a
3 tons or rather a ton) but since you say Marvel has boosted his strength then I believe you.But like I said,Batman has the gadgets to beat Cap and speaking of gadgets:

unless that kick or punch came from Spiderman.

Bat can’t even beat Lady Shiva in fair martial art fight. Batman lost more than once. Sure, he later figured it out, but that applies to every hero. Captain America has more experience.
Only thing that saves Bat here is brain. Then again, Captain America commanded entire Avenger.

Well he has a point
add to it that Capt America- is alot FASTER and more agile than Batman! we are NOT talking your typical thief or some dumb lumbering steroid head like BANE facing Bats! spiderman is capable of dead lifting up to 5 tons and Cap put him DOWN with a punch- Bats cold just barely stop frank castle in a fight ( the Punisher got a “lucky shot” in and put the dark knight on his knees) No gadgets for Bats and No shield or utility gear from Cap and in the Octagon? Cap cripples Bats- but stops becuase he fights ALOT fairer than Bats..

Cap can run up to 40 mph, can jump nearly 30 meters in a bound and can knock thru a brick wall ! he can move 2 tons with ease - his sotume is padded and armored , and he-Cap -also carries a utility built with specialty gear( gas masks,etc) Bats can probably hang in the fight on tactics and manuevers ,but when you are talking someone used to fighting supervillians that can move upwards of 10+ tons in a boxing match,Caps fighting skills and SUPERIOR stamina/strength is going to win- like posted earlier even DC agreed on the outcome of this one....

OH,here we go! shows what you “KNOW' !1 The RED Skull - both the nazi original and russian imposter - were both GENETICALLY enhanced on the level of Cap! and batman used a combo of fighting/delaying tactics as well as “gadgets” to win those fights against Croc, dumb caveman Bane,and ManBat-BATS NEVER beat anyone of them DOWN in a straight up fight. But Cap could do it on strength and combo of tactics ALONE.Many of the opponents Bats fights are NOT up to his level mentally or in terms of fighting skills- IF they were they’d kick the crap out of batman! He’s a sneek attack specialist and this wouldn’t work on the hyper physical Capt.america-Capt has fought villains that would give Shazzam,supes,and wonderwoman a good work out ,and has took the day!

I hope this isn’t Captian America your talking about.The last time I checked he could lift 800 pounds and that my friend is nowhere near to a ton (rather 10 tons).So no there is no way he can
lift 10 tons because that’s like saying he is strong as Spiderman-which he is not.And since when does he have a “utility belt”?
