because it wasnt... the controls were really the only good part... the story was mediocre and it lacked the multiplayer factor...

Bugs teh game has 3 controller difficulty settings, if I recall u r a FPS lover so u’ll want to go Advanced from teh get-go, teh game has beautiful Alien art-work, it’s 20 hours long for Metroid Prime veterans, it has a similar gameplay to teh past Prime games except there’s more interactivity here, u use ur ship and do some new things, and teh story is great IMO (yeah Skull u forgot to put IMO on ur description) oh and there will be lotz of talking...

oh and it uses a primitive version of achievements and um some other things I dun remember...

fps lover i am. and i loved the past two primes beat them both on hard difficulty, great games indeed.

Metroid prime was one of the best games ever.

Well the only prime game I played before it was Hunter and I personally thought the SP was horrific but the MP was good. I think that is why I disliked MP3 so much because the only thing I ever really liked about the Metroid series was taken from me.......MP

oh and Silver ur behavior has a reasonable explanation (yeah I went there), reminds of making sure no one plays Hunters before any Metroid game

it was, even Retro said it was an experiment to see if ppl would react well to it; then, Metroid became a game that could not do multiplayer, then Hunters came...
