No it doesn’t forgetting the fact that shaking a universe doesn’t mean you could destroy it,its also just a character statement and means jack unless backed up by proof.Cell stated he could destroy the Solar System could he no,if all you have to go on is some villain claiming he was shaking the human plane or he could destroy the universe then you have no proof.
actually everbody agreed cell could destroy the universe hmm you can easily shake something that limited but that does not mean you have infinite energy but to shake something that infinite while at literally less than 1% power means you can destroy easily if you power up

Characters make bogus claims all the time and unless they back it up with feats then thats all they are bogus claims and can’t be used as actual proof.Superman has been called the most powerful being in the universe is he no.

well its like this anyways to blow up a planet, solar system or galaxy you have to put a limited supply of energy but to blow up something thats infinite such as the universe you have to release endless amounts of energy

Yes he stated he could so what,as I said a lot of character make bogus claims especially villians.Point is he never showed he was capable of it and it never even showed the universe shaking only a little bit of earth nothing impressive and certainly not universe busting power.
