This is a fun one. First of Naruto would not be the first to die...Link would. I grew up pretty much being forced to play Zelda games I love them all they are fun as well as I equally love FF, so me telling you this may make no sence I only said this to kinda say this is non-biased.

In phsyical no one here is better then Sephiroth, and as bad ass as the master sword is nothing’s more bad-ass then Macamune, plus Sephiroth was First-Class Soldier that takes skill. Another thing link will not be able to kill Sephiroth because only Cloud can because of a Soul-Bound connection of immortality.

Naruto wouldn’t die second because Naruto is better than Link not in strenght but he is faster and can (Has been proven) to harness Kyuubi’s Chakra from Tailess to 1-Tails (By the way Tailess is what he uses most of them time Exp: When Haku put Sasuke in temporary death he used Kyuubi’s Chakra in a Tailess state) But at that he would die second.
There would be no 4-Tails because for even 2-Tails to happen he would have to go thru' EXTREME! emotional agrivation.

Third would be Freddy. Though he can’t really die he will get “Put Down” by either Sonic or mewtwo in reality. That is self-explanitory.

Now it’s a two on one but Sephiroth has the advantage, he’s more powerful then SuperSonic? that’s a hard one but like I said he ain’t going to die. So in the end Sephiroth takes the win.

P.S Freddy would never be able to lure Sephiroth by saying his Mother (Jenova) said to do this Sephiroth basically in words of simpleness"ness” controlled Jenova.
