No, we do not believe in anything with no proof. We can see the galaxies through science. We cannot see god through anything, even through the “hearts” of human beings. There is just no proof. There are pieces of evidence, yet not really scientifical, that help point to the idea God does not exist.

We have no soul in my views. Just instinct that influence our behavior and mental feelings that are known as “emotion." What you are saying that I am in denial is an oxymoron. I could say the same to you and it means the same exact thing.
We can see the universe through science. It nearly draws it out.
I will believe in God once I see actual evidence, not bullshit from a fictional story (no offense)
The same question about how the universe came to be can be reflected on you. How was God created? And dont give me anything like “he has always existed” That cannot make sense in the least bit. If he has been around forever, what has he been doing all this time up there before us? Sitting around? I think not. Time is the first thing that came into existance, and has always been around. In time, the nothingness had things called atoms that came together in clumps to make planets and galaxies. But the idea of how the universe came into existance is still unknown.
