The red ribbon army is nothig compared to the sand and the leaf and Kakashi speedblitz in front of two lightning bolts and the Flash doesn’t do after image.

Yes and Goku has faced Roshi who used a lightning attack and he has dealt with people like that I’m pretty sure. Your acting as if Goku has no chance, and if he uses kamehameha or beats them up while moving fast the villages might lose.
