Evolution does not make any attempt at explaining the following...

Where the universe came from - that’s in the field of cosmology, totally separate thing

Physics - again, a totally different field

Complexity of the universe - again, that’s cosmology and physics. Talk to them about that.

Origin of life - noooooo!! It’s in the same field (biology/chemistry) but it’s a different theory

So what does evolution explain? It explains the diversity and complexity of life. That’s it. Evolution does not say we came from a mud puddle so in the future if you want to be taken half way seriously, learn the theory. There is nothing that will make you look less intelligent than trying to criticize something you don’t even understand.

Evolution just tells the idea on how organisms became more advanced over the years, not how it all began.

I personally think that the beginning of life was just a random series of chemical reactions that created a living organism, pretty much. I dont feel like going in depth about it though, it would take a while.

It’s basically explains how one tiny species of creature could possibly expand into the diversity we see today. That’s what evolution is hear to explain.

How the universe formed: Big Bang Theory
How Life Started: complicated processes on early earth(been tested and accomplished)

How the universe begain, is the big bang theory, you need many diffrent theorys working together to explain how the universe got to this point in space time.

Basically its kind of like this lets say the world like a huge sandwich, and everything that lives on this sandwich are like the food isnide. Now different parts of the sandwich will taste different because there will be different food inside. But overtime parts of the sandwich will rot like animals die, but not the whole sandwich is gone. If you get my drift.

I was meaning by humans and apes are closely related. As a matter of fact, our DNA only has a 2% difference from what I have heard.

It’s very frustrating having religious/scientific debates with most people in the real world. I was discussing it with my friend and he said stuff like “If evolution is true howcome when you put monkies in a cave all their life they don’t turn into people?" And “Life was not something that just came out of the big bang."
