In a hypothetical battle the Surfer outpowers him in EVERYTHING, remember the power cosmic and his board can augment the surfer to over power the Hulk. And I never actually said in mainstream he can’t, because he has, but hypothetically he loses, Hulks punches are stronger than his bites, I don’t see the Surfer’s head flying off every time he gets hit by the Hulk.
and spidey outpowers cap in everyway too. but that didnt help spidey now did it? hulk out powers the US army in every way too. but the army almost killed WW hulk. so....... ot only makes sense if hulks bite can tear off SS head. punch a human on the shoulder, and im sure the shoulder will remain intact. but bite a portion of it, and, well...

actually, im not helping you. and i didnt say it shouldnt have happened. im only saying even if someone is overpowered by another, doesnt mean that he can win. and punching something is not the same as biting something. punching=bruises
while biting=slicing. if you punch soething it only means your giving him a blunt force attck. but if you bite something, wel.... biting is designed to slice

its ackknowledged by everyone that the universe is destroyed, the monitor was happy to see thoug hthat at least one some life survived and yo ucant destroy elements ofcourse theres going to be matter left, it doesnt just disappear
all galaxies/stars/life wasdestroyed though

if you destroy the universe then where are they again? are they in the same universe? if so, then the universe was not destroyed
