Do you even relize that spells like Slowaga are not seen? You have to have magic evasivness or protection against it. DBZ character might be fast but they would have no idea of a slowage spell coming their way. Also, Sephiroth could just use his memory manipulation to mess with the other side. He doesn’t have to use it on Vegeta or Goku, he could use it on Krillin or something.
and like i said reducing physical damage is not going to do anything when the strength of the hit is enughf to send you through one side and out the other of a mountain. And just because they do not know what spells are dosnt mean they would not evade it. lets say i was an ff guy if i cast a lighting spell i better believe that that they will just evade it. And slowage cant be used since we do not know what it acctualy does out of the game. since the game is based off of i attack you attack unless i have hast then i go 2 times. Slowage is ment to slow down there attack speed bar we do not know if it is used in any way other than the game way. And saying setroth is could just use his enerymanipulaion is just like saying that Buu would just destroy the planet and game over for everyone expt Buu, cell, friza and broly

The atb bar kinda represents the speed. Think about it, If in the game you cast slowaga. Your oppenant does not attack for a long time. It slows the speed. Get over it. Also, a physical barrier would do some good.
DBZ characters avoiding every spell? I doubt it. They will not be avoiding Ultima or Meteor(In case you didn’t know this is a common spell in other FF games)
They won’t be avoiding judgement which literally wiped the planet out in mere seconds. It covers entire countries EASY.
Also, Give me one instance where DBZ characters have taken something that can destroy all existance and diminsions? Give me one instance where DBZ characters mess up a planet in less than a minute. Give me one instance where dbz characters have fought a high tier reality warper like Ultimicia. Oh wait...There is no instance like that.
And how is the Sephiroth thing like saying Buu nukes the planet? Buu did that once while Sephiroth manipulated Cloud through the enitire game.
Also to add, your argument about slowaga...Well guess what we don’t know how Ki blasts would work outside the dbz universe. I mean we don’t know if it’s used differently in another universe right?

The how do we know if DBZ ki will work is a failed argument plz dont ever bring that up in any DBZ vs form again. And meteor would be easily avoided or the meteor would just be destroyed since we are going be non game mechanics so they would be able to counter sutch objects. Considering that Sephiroth can drain a planets energy and make his own gaia, it doesn’t matter as they won’t recharging their ki so fast.

Halfs the speed, and stop, you know STOPS your apponent. The slow/stop them, and use haste on them selves. Being nice? I was being nice not using spells, but hey DBZ are dead now that Chibi brought them up, even though they were dead anyway.

How is Trunks gona hit them when they go invincible with Planet Protector or Invicible Moon?
Kefka would indeed, and we know transmution even works on beings such as Vegito(Which I doubt is going to get a chance to fight since by the time they relize the danger and get the Potara earings they would have lost.
Also, FF characters have abilties that stop them from getting stopped(Their goes Guldo), stops them from being turned to stone(Dubura’s spit? Useless) Need I go on? I think FF characters have abilities to cover status effects.
Neo-Ex Death alone is enough to take out the entire DBZ universe(Quite literally), Ultimicia has time compression. Thats enough right there.
The reason I brought up spells Buster is because most of the most powerful FF characters use spells.
