Free mode is like co-op... and you can have 16 people. Sadly you can’t do missions. But you can free-roam (hint, name) around the entire city, get in police chases, fight each other, etc.

It’s amazing man. And there’s almost no lag. The worst I’ve seen is a car teleport a few feet.

Yeah I have seen the car teleport lol. Nervin you know where to get a helichopper in online? ^_^

I’m in the same situation ur in PK3 lol. I’ve also hardly touched the campaign because of the amazing multiplayer

Uh.... Middle Island. ALL the way south, look on the map for a
L shaped dock. It should have several Helicopters.
