I just think sometimes you don’t recognize that some of the stuff that gets you mad you do to. I generalized...we all have to generalize or else it would take us hours to go through all the details. You don’t like it, but you do it to, everybody does. (and there’s more to this of course, I just don’t want to write pages of stuff, that’s the thing with forums, everything’s going to be condensed)

I realize you don’t think everyone is wrong and you’re the only one who’s right. But you’re attitude portrays this. That’s what I’m trying to get across. It’s arrogance.
And I’m not saying that you’re arrogant as an insult. I don’t happen to like arrogance very much (which is why I usually have something to say to a lot of your posts), but some people are just like that. That being said, I do get frustrated with stuff you say, but I also have a feeling for where you’re coming from sometimes.

And I know might doesn’t make right, hell, I’m an enviro student, I’m all about being the small voice advocating for change.
I never claim anything about the majority being right. But things like “rudeness” are subjective. And it’s more about the people then the concept. I can’t quite explain it, but it’s like for you right now the importance lies in being able to have your say rather then hurting peoples feelings (dumbed down explanation). And I don’t entirely disagree with that even...I just personally have a different level of priorities. Ha, I hope I didn’t just lose you there.


I’ve got to run, but I think the reason I do comment to some of your posting is because I actually used to think like you in regards to science and religion (minus the outward attitude) when I was much younger. Maybe I’ll share later

And when I say you’re being rude, I don’t mean that you’re particularly more rude then some of the other members on this site.
I do recall you using rude words, being fairly unkind...almost always when you become frustrated. “Justified” or not, it’s still (was) being rude.
I only commented on those topics because I thought it was interesting that you thought you weren’t rude. But I also realize that younger people seem to have a different definition of rude these days (but let’s not get into that).
Hey, I’m not saying you don’t know your shit. I don’t think a little humility would kill you though . And knowing your stuff doesn’t automatically make your stuff right (no matter how confident you are).

And hey, I’d be happy to discuss anything enviro with you, you don’t have to prove stuff all the time, sometimes forums can be used to express opinions and share ideas too
