* Flight: ability to hover in the sky or generate a sparkling dust cloud to ride on.
* Super speed: ability to move at blinding speed in short bursts, both on land and through the air.
* Teleportation: ability to morph into a ball of energy and move over great distances over a short amount of time.
* Psionics: Though Sesshomaru’s psionic capabilities have never been specifically quantified, he has demonstrated powerful feats of both telepathy and telekinesis in both the anime and manga. Examples of such being his ability to mentally levitate and fling skulls at Inuyasha and Kagome in the anime’s 7th episode; as well as his ability to overwhelm Goshinki’s powerful telepathic aura in order to claim Tokijin as his own.
* Taiyokai: As the descendent of a great dog demon lord, naturally Sesshomaru is a far more superior yokai with heightened senses, intelligence and strength. While he appears to be an elf-eared human bearing splendid clothing and armor most of the time; he can transform into his true form at will, which is that of a gigantic acid-breathing flying canine with fluffy white fur.
* Immortality: Being a demon, Sesshomaru does not suffer from old age the way humans do. He appears to be a young man in his 20s, however he has been around for at least a few hundred years.
* Dokkaso (Poison Flower Claw): Sesshomaru’s claws release deadly acidic poison which can melt flesh. Sometimes he uses it like InuYasha uses his Sankon Tesso attack, but he can also use it to spray venomous acid from his fingertips.
* Whip of Light: Can generate a thin whiplike strand of energy from his fingertips that can slice through almost anything.

* Braver: Single heavy physical attack with a verticle slash.
* Cross Slash: Single heavy physical attack with three slices.
* Blade Beam: Strikes a single enemy with a heavy attack, hits other enemies for less damage with shockwaves.
* Climhazzard: Strikes enemy, then jumps backwards with sword still in the enemy.
* Meteorain: Meteors fall and hit random targets several times.
* Finishing Touch: Hits all enemies with a tornado.
* Omnislash: Hits random enemies 15 times for massive damage.
Yeah, I mean the guy can fight with his arm cut off. Unless Cloud can keep some distance between them with some materia spells, Cloud isn’t going to have much of a chance.
Well, to defeat someone like Sephiroth, he has to have some sort of chance, but Sesshomaru does have the advantage here. As you say, he is just as dangerous with one arm then he is with two.

Sephiroth has better feats than Sesshomaru.
Name them, besides the attacks.
Like Meteor, which even though it was stopped, indirectly killed thousands.
He controls the negative lifestream, which is probably both instant death and an infinite source of magic.
He does all that insane crap in FFVII.

Seph probly still has the Meteor materia, which he got by controlling Cloud’s body to force him to give it to Seph.
We don’t know how strong shinigamis are.
Insane crap = teleporting, phasing through solid objects, mind control, feats of strength.
