First off, that is the video game, which has nothing to do with the show or movies, and if you want to add the movies, Gogeta defeated Janemba, where Janemba had no chance.
You should stick with the movies, anime, and manga.

Actually, if Goku was able to beat Brolly without merging with anybody else, I think Gogeta has the greater upperhand here.
