(Lets say, for example, we discovered this today and we found that science has been on the right track. We found complete and utter solid proof of an alternative to the origins of the universe and of species other than God, etc, etc...)
What would you do?

What would you worry about? And how would it effect you if you found this out today? Just for the sake of open-mindedness and exploration, pretend this is true while discussing this topic.

I expected this to happen, but none the less, let’s stay on topic shall we. That statement has little to do with what I am asking. I was only using science as an example as an alternative to God.

Would it be of so little importance that you could continue on with your life without blinking and accept the new facts? Would you have faith regardless of tangible proof? Would you give up the life you had? Would you even want to continue to live in a world without an omnipotent being?
