In the human body, barely. Just a small spark, and those are caused by chemical reactions. These electrical sparks help the heart operate.

We are not robots. Robots are completely electricity. A small fragment of us is. Doorknobs have electricity in them, but I would not call them robots.
We need electricity to make our heart beat.

Yes evolution does. Electricity helped form single cell organisms, and built from there.
