UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 18  Joined: 24 Mar 2007 Posts: 1,468 OFFLINE | I just finished watching that movie and wow it was good. What is your opinion on it?
I personally find the ending really sad.
Highlight below for my reasoning (warning contains spoilers).
Early in the movie she announced that the only thing she could ever want is for her son to have a job, to get married, and have a kid. She then has a goal to get on tv, and is willing to give everything else up for it. Drugs seperated the family and at the end she sees the grand prize for the show. Her son with a good job, and he is getting married. But, she sadly gave it up, and everyone’s lives are messed up.
