I know Spectre is not as powerful as Living Tribunal unless Presence grants him the power. Well here it is. I will look rationally here.
Galactus is force of nature, but Spectre is wraith of God, aka angel. It seems like Marvel fanboys are taking Spectre too lightly.

He absolutely wins. Think about it. Galactus can’t stop time, but Spectre can. Also, Spectre was with Living Tribunal at amalgam comic. Doesn’t that say enough?

In Marvel universe, he has chance with nullifier, but in dc universe, ultimate nullifier won’t work just like Infinity gauntlet.

I know he is damn strong, but not in Spectre league. Hell, Spectre was with Living Tribunal in amalgam comic. We all know that Galactus pales compared to Living Tribunal.
Now you guys are being hypocrite. You guys say Spectre would win yet, Tyrant would own Anti-Monitor, a being who defeated Spectre? Funny.
Tyrant punched and shot cosmic blast at Galactus, but got pwned by one single eye beam from Galactus... LMAO. Classic Anti-Monitor would laugh at those attack.
