roflbad Guest | Saiyans at the SSJ level would simply move to quick before mew / mew2’s brain activated the time stop mechanism
characters in dbz could move faster than the human eye at around 1000ish power level. (remember the scene with gohan?)
Just imagine how fast someone with a power level of 40,000,000 (ss1) or 200,000,000 ss2 could move. Not including ssj3 ssj4 or fuesed ssj4’s. The would rush toward any pokemon character and destroy them with one punch before their brain could even process the command.

Remember in the saiyan saga? The basic human eye could not catch up with movements at around a 1000ish powerlevel
Just imagine what a ssj (40,000,000) ssj2(300,000,000) ssj3, ssj4 or fused ssj4 would do. They would move so fast they they could rush toward any said pokemon and knock them out with 1 hit before their brain could process any time freeze mechanism.
