I have to say Yusuke in huge margin. Just looking at last episode where he and his friends were casually doing mission. We see Luffy’s speed being compared to that of Ichigo’s right? Which mean both combatants have roughly same speed. Well... Yusuke is far faster than gear 2 Luffy.
